1. Introduction to Our Subscription Service
Welcome to Cheerful Goat's Premium Freeze-Dried Coffee Subscription. Our subscription service is designed to deliver convenience, savings, and a consistently excellent coffee experience directly to your door. By enrolling in our subscription, you authorize us to automatically ship your selected coffee product at your chosen frequency and charge your designated payment method. This ensures you never run out of your favorite brew and allows you to enjoy the benefit of exclusive subscriber-only pricing.
2. Subscription Terms & Conditions
This Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("Subscriber") and Cheerful Goat Singapore Pte ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your participation in our automatic renewal and recurring payment subscription service.
2.1. Subscription Enrollment
To become a Subscriber, you must provide a valid credit or debit card ("Payment Method") and complete the subscription enrollment process. By submitting your payment details and confirming your subscription, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
2.2. Automatic Renewal and Billing
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring billing cycle at the then-current subscription rate. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly, quarterly) until you cancel it.
Billing Authorization:You authorize Cheerful Goat Singapore Pte to charge the provided Payment Method for the subscription fee, plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges, at each renewal period.
Billing Date: The initial charge will occur immediately upon subscription confirmation. Subsequent charges will occur on the same day of the month (or equivalent period) corresponding to the start of your subscription.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices. We will provide you with at least thirty (30) days' notice of any price changes via email. Your continued use of the subscription service after the price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the new amount.
2.3. Shipment and Fulfillment
Your first shipment will be processed shortly after your initial subscription order. Subsequent shipments will be dispatched according to your selected frequency. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs hold-ups.
2.4. Subscription Management and Cancellation
You retain full control over your subscription and can manage or cancel it at any time.
How to Cancel:You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on our website and accessing the "Manage Subscription" section, or by contacting our Customer Service team at support@cheerfulgoat.com.
Timing of Cancellation:T o avoid being charged for the next renewal cycle, you must cancel your subscription before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellation requests submitted after the billing date will not receive a refund for that cycle but will stop all future charges and shipments.
2.5. Refund Policy
Since your subscription provides you with immediate benefits (including discounted pricing), we do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods or shipments that have already been processed or dispatched. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to receive the remaining shipments for the period you have already paid for.
2.6. Failed Payments and Account Suspension
If a payment fails due to an invalid or expired Payment Method, insufficient funds, or otherwise, we will notify you and may suspend your subscription and shipments until a valid payment is processed. We are not liable for any service interruption due to a failed payment attempt.
2.7. Changes to the Service or Terms
We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement or our subscription service offerings at any time. We will notify subscribers of any material changes. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
