We cup coffees from origins we love, looking for the one we enjoy enough to drink black — because if we wouldn't drink it that way, we wouldn't sell it.
We use 100% Arabica SCA specialty-grade coffee, cupped with a World Champion to make sure every cup tastes great. We brew to SCA Gold Cup standards, then freeze-dry the coffee at -40°C to -60°C for 36 hours, using state-of-the-art freeze drying technology to preserve its flavor, body, and aroma.
All that work for one simple reason: to make coffee we're happy to serve black — and just as happy to take with us.
And because we're from Singapore, our coffees are Halal certified and vegan. Good coffee should be easy to share.
