Warranty & Refund policy.

Equipment

1 year warranty and available for replacement or refund within 7 days after receiving the product(s) and if product(s) is not deliberately damaged or used.

For warranty to be valid, invoice & warranty card need to be present and shown to CHEERFULGOAT TM Pte Ltd’s customer service staff.

All costs associated with the refund process imposed by the processing bank, Third Party Payment Service Provider and/or Offline PSP, including funds transfer fees and foreign exchange gains/losses, shall be borne by the Customer.

CHEERFULGOAT TM Pte Ltd reserve the right to modify the policy of processing returns and refunds requests at any time without notice.

Coffee beans

No refunds or exchanges if Coffee beans tins are opened

Exchange only allowed if there’s any defects

CHEERFULGOAT TM Pte Ltd reserves the right to reject any requests for refunds, returns or replacements at its sole discretion, including without limitation, where it deems that any transaction is fraudulent or suspects that it is fraudulent.
